INDO-PAK BORDER VISIT
On the occasion of World Heritage Day, the NCC Cadets of Dass and Brown World School visited the Indo-Pak Border of Hussainwala to pay tribute to the National Martyrs Memorial and to know more about their heritage.
They paid tribute to the National Martyrs Memorial which immortalizes the three revolutionary martyrs - Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev - who laid down their lives for their motherland.
The cadets also visited Samadhi Punjab Mata - the mother of Shaheed Bhagat Singh - to further understand their rich cultural heritage.
This visit was aimed at educating the students about the sacrifices made by these great freedom fighters.
The NCC Cadets were enlightened by this visit and it gave them a better understanding of the struggles and sacrifices made by the freedom fighters of India.
